Most people use Lamborghinis, Rolls Royces or limousines for wedding vehicles, but the day before yesterday 190 couples in Changchun, capital of north-eastern Jilin province, decided to mix things up and use a highspeed train instead.

This Harmony train is worth RMB195 million and its number, G520, not only sounds like "I love you" in Mandarin but also identifies it as the fastest long distance train on Chinese tracks, with a top speed of 350 km/h.

The wedding celebration was held in the Changchun Railway Vehicles Corporation depot and the secretary of the company ascribed to the ceremony the three L's: "luxury, large level up!" He added that it should gain a lot of attention due to its "unrivaled genuineness."
