Clad in a firefighter's uniform, one of the group's fluent Mandarin speakers accosts smokers in numerous spots around the city, insisting they stub out their cigarettes before he douses the butts with a splash of bottled water for good measure.

What's best about the 'prank' is how unconfrontational most of the smokers are, meekly giving up their cigarettes to a frantic man they just met on the street.
