While Round Eye, the self-proclaimed "sexiest, hairiest and loudest band in China," are currently in the States for a summer tour, the Shanghai by way of Florida group left behind a gift: a new music video. 'Suntan' is their "public health warning for Asian women who are thinking of getting tanned this summer."

Written and produced by the group's drummer Jimmy Jack, it's the latest video directed by Alessio Avezzano, who also helms Donnie Does, Monkey Kingz and the "Mean Buzz" video for dearly departed shit-rock duo Pairs. The video's impressive illustrations were done by animator Alex Major.

The star-studded video also features actress Wang Lin, who played the popular Xue Yi (Aunt Snow) on Chinese soap opera Romance in the Rain, who must deal with a crisis when single daughter Avan Zhen returns home from Hainan with a dreaded tan. The video is A Live Circus and TMD Studio Production and you can hear more of Round Eye at their Bandcamp.
