Spring Rejuvenation Afternoon Tea at Shangri-La Beijing

shang.jpg

Rejuvenating their menu with inspiration from spring, Shangri-la Bejing and Cellcosmet have launched a joint brand afternoon tea. As a Swiss high-tech skin care brand, Cellcosmet adheres to more than 40 years of cell skin care research accumulation, with the exclusive technology CellControl™ cell control method and the new generation of rejuvenation essence CytoPep™, precise luxury and skin care.

For this menu, Muller – the Executive Pastry Chef of Shangri-la Bejing – drew inspiration from Cellcosmet’s core skin care concept and laid the main visual color of the whole set of afternoon tea with classic red and white. In terms of shape, he fully considered the core concept and design of Cellcosmet products. Besides optimizing the collocation of ingredients to stimulate a richer taste, the sweetness of all desserts has also been reduced, which is more in line with the current diners' pursuit of healthy needs.
