WATCH: Policeman Issues Epic Takedown to Unruly Woman

In late August, a woman was caught on camera pushing a traffic police officer in Chengdu after being stopped in a routine traffic check for not wearing her seatbelt, according to China’s Traffic Management Bureau’s official Weibo account.

In a video taken by one of the law enforcement personnel at the scene, the woman was seen pushing the police officer several times before being thrown to the ground, WWE-style.

Here’s a play-by-play of the roadside rowdiness.

Woman: What are you taping? What are you videoing?
Woman: Why are you hitting me?
Police: That is our enforcement recording.
Woman: *Incoherent muttering*
Police: What are you doing! What is this?!
Woman: Why are you hitting me?
Police: Don’t hit me.

After the policeman had had enough of the woman’s antics, he issued an expert takedown, worthy of an MMA fighter (by our assessment, anyways). Aside from receiving a fine of RMB50 for not wearing a seatbelt, the woman was also given five days of detention for, well, instigating a fight.

Watch the video below (VPN off):

Chinese netizens were, of course, happy to opine on such an exciting real-life takedown.

Here’s a few comments that summarize the Weibo community’s reaction.
