Choose between two different bottles of cava, a sparkling white wine from Spain’s Catalonia region. Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada varietals are at the heart of Oliveda’s brut and extra-sec cavas, offering both wines a mellow fruit-forward palette. Oliveda’s Brut Cava is lightly sweet, compared to the completely dry extra-sec, and it earned gold medals at the 2014 London International Wine Competition and the 2016 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Both bottles are best served chilled with snacks, entrees or dessert.
