Segways and hoverboards are fun and all... until someone gets hurt.

Following Guangzhou's lead, Shanghai traffic police is enforcing a new law where people will no longer be allowed to ride Segways and other types of transport tools on roads. This new law will take effect on March 25, 2017.

If riders get caught, they will consequently have to pay anywhere from RMB100(USD16) to RMB1,000 (USD160).
