The MICHELIN Guide, an authoritative benchmark in the catering industry around the world, released the 2023 MICHELIN Guide Beijing on December 21, 2022. Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at Bulgari Hotel Beijing has been awarded one MICHELIN Star for the fourth consecutive year. The glory and illustriousness have all been well worth the effort.

Il Ristorante – Niko Romito of Bulgari Hotel Beijing is an Italian restaurant directed by Niko Romito, a master in Italian cuisine of our time and a well recognized MICHELIN starred chef from Italy. Mr. Romito has created a new concept, while preserving the fundamental philosophy of simplicity, synthesis and a quest for the quintessence of flavour. Working from his headquarters in Italy and regularly counselling Daniele Ferrari, Chef de Cuisine at Il Ristorante – Niko Romito in Beiijng, they bring menus that optimally express the culture, elegance and vitality of 'Made in Italy.'

Niko Romito's team of chefs has curated an exclusive menu for festive season 2022, featuring six courses of delectable Italian cuisine embracing Italian tradition and modern glamor on December 24 and 25, and a 7-course New Year's Eve dinner on December 31 to kick off the new year with a delightful ritual. The festive Sunday brunch offers a selection of seasonal dishes paired with Italian aperitifs to create a unique experience.

Contemporary fine dining celebrates the Italian cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. The 70-seat restaurant Il Ristorante – Niko Romito offers spectacular views over the garden. From custom-designed Murano glass chandeliers to the chairs and the columns wrapped in dark-brown leather, every element of the restaurant’s ambiance has been crafted to ensure a seamless dining experience.
