New On the Menu is a regular feature that lists new menus and openings from top bars and restaurants.

With the arrival of spring come a host of new menus in Beijing. Try healthy brunches, cocktails, sweet treats and more!

The new pastry counter in the Lobby Lounge features an array of sweet treats including raspberry cream Brule tart, blueberry chocolate profiteroles with a rich chocolate filling and tangy blueberries and more. Each dessert is a masterpiece crafted by executive chef Claudio Marras.

A spring-inspired menu is available at Michelin-star Made in China restaurant. Come and try spring-inspired chicken soup with ham and fresh bamboo; wok-fried pork liver with spring chives; and baked sayram lake fish cooked with garlic, leeks and served with sturgeon caviar. 

Available during lunch and dinner service until Mon May 31, Made in China.

Spring has sprung! Why not try something new? Bee Brunch is now available at CHAR bar & grill and Top Tapas. Indulge in granola, peking duck rolls together with tuna tartar, truffle scrambled eggs, serrano and cured salmon. Pair with one glass of aperol spritz or make it bottomless.

RMB268 per person (3-course); RMB298 (4-course); add RMB88 for free-flow of soft drinks, coffee and tea; add RMB128 for free-flow of all drinks including bubbles; add RMB488 for free-flow of Champagne Moët and Chandon; CHAR bar & grill and Top Tapas.

WEDNESDAY - Treat yourself to buy-one-get-one-free mezcal margaritas. Available all day long.

THURSDAY - Enjoy a beer or two. All draft Slow Boat beers are just RMB25 per pint. Available all day long.

WEEKEND (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) - Relax with buy-one-get-one-free Las Musas classic margaritas. Available 10pm until close.
