Summer is in full swing, which means it’s officially brunch season. And what better part of town to gather over a leisurely meal than Sanlitun? Enjoy InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun’s indulgent Bee Brunch at both CHAR Bar & Grill and Top Tapas. It’s the perfect option for chilled-out weekend brunching with your friends and family.

The hotel’s shiny and luxurious interior offers a welcoming space for guests and the atmosphere is both stylish and relaxed. The menu is updated every two weeks so there’s always something new to sample. And of course, a refreshing Aperol spritz is the perfect way to kick off your summer brunch.

In terms of starters, the Shrimp Cocktail is a must. The appetizer is meticulously crafted with shrimp sauce surrounded by fresh prawns. It’s the perfect way to delight your summer appetite. The fresh Gazpacho and the Waffles with Mango and Passion Fruit are also customer favorites. Margarita Toast as well as Avocado Toasts offer healthy yet hearty options. As for egg dishes, enjoy mouthwatering brunch favorites including Eggs Benedict featuring serrano ham, a toasted English muffin and hollandaise sauce.

Mains begins with Wagyu Beef Sliders with kimchi aioli and Steak with Sunny Side-Up Eggs. The creamy and spiced Indian Butter Chicken with cumin rice is full of flavor, too. Korean Kimchi Cold Noodles and the newly added Beijing Jianbing – a pancake rolled with a crisp fritter – definitely reflects the character of the city but with a modern twist.

If you love dessert you’re in luck as there’s a huge selection to choose from. Think Sean’s Tiramisu, Thai Coconut- Mango Sticky Rice, Vanilla Crème Brulee, summer smoothies and even Hungarian Chilled Cherry Soup. The choice is up to you! Don’t forget to enjoy a mimosa or a sangria or two to top it all off.
