PHOTOS: Stunning Supermoon Shots From Around China

Last night's supermoon was pretty impressive. It was the largest since 1948 – that’s nearly 69 years if you’re too lazy to do the math. On Monday evening, the moon came within 356,510 kilometers of Earth and appeared 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than usual. But what made last night's event so rare is that the next time the moon will be that close to Earth won't be until November 25, 2034. So that supermoon was a pretty big deal.
