With sublime pork and crispy crackling, cooked to perfection in innovative Provençal style, along with two sumptuous side dishes, this divine meal is CNY2,880 total for between six and 10 diners. Toast the fanciful feast with a magnum of Château d'Esclans "Whispering Angel" Rosé wine or two hours of free-flowing craft beer for CNY3,500 total including the Porchetta and side dishes.
