That’s because Makan Kitchen is an entire buffet of Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai, Indian and Vietnamese options. Actually, make that several buffets. All within the space of one (very filling) meal, we sample chicken and beef satay skewers. We slurp laksa. We chow down on king prawns in red curry. We taste Indian spices, fresh mint and coriander, blazing hot chilis. Drink options are just as plentiful. Wash all the flavor down with freshly blended juices or indulge in a little midday wine.
