Heavenly Jin @ The Kunlun Beijing Description

Heavenly Jin is located at the top of The Kunlun Beijing, with open kitchens of French, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines, as well as western desserts. Presenting a fantastic panoramic view of Beijing, Heavenly Jin’s sophisticated atmosphere offers a beautiful view of the CBD area, Embassy District and Liangma River.

With a brand new concept of collaborating three different cuisines in a high standard, Heavenly Jin is celebrating with a new brunch menu on every Sunday and public holidays for making everyone’s choice easier. 

Executive chef Aurelien Poirot is collaborating with the team of head chefs, Kris Wong in charge for the Japanese kitchen and Zheng YongSheng for the Chinese kitchen to bring you the integrated menu for a relaxing afternoon, the dishes are prepared as small dishes to serve on the table like a mini buffet without walking back and forth, only sit down, relax and enjoy. 

Together with free flow of prosecco and selected wines to pair with food. The pairing enhances the experience of a relaxing meal. In addition, Charles Heidseick would be served for an upgraded package. 

Individual set menus from each kitchen are served with selected wine for wine pairings is available. A la carte menu is available to tailor-made a night with your own choices with all three cuisines.
