Like a more refined version of the original, and much-missed The Union Trading Company – which remains closed (for now) due to COVID – mixologist extraordinaire Yao Lu and his team are offering eight newly invented cocktails, including the Ritz At The Portman, taking the inspiration from (and a tribute to) César Ritz, the influential hotelier and the founder of the famous hotel in Paris that made his name a synonym for elegance and luxury.
