What time can you book for testing?

Does SinoUnited offer both nasal swabs and throat swabs nucleic acid testing?
SinoUnited Health now offers both nasal swabs (nasopharyngeal swab) test as well as the blood test (IgG & IgM).

Nasopharyngeal Swab Tips: Before the test, the testee should inform the collector whether his/her nasal septum is bent, as well as the history of any nasal surgery. During the process, the testee may feel sore in the nose. If you need to sneeze, cover your nose with your elbow or a tissue immediately. There may be a small amount of nasal bleeding after the test. Generally, special treatment is not needed. If the amount of bleeding is large, seek treatment.

How long does the whole process take? How soon will the test result be revealed? Is there an electronic report? Do I need to go to the clinic to get it?
If the sample collecting is smooth, the whole process will take about 20 minutes. Results will come out generally within 24 hours. SinoUnited will provide electronic test reports, which you can print out if needed. There is no need to make another trip to pick up the results.

Note: The effective time of nucleic acid test is 7 days. Please schedule your appointment accordingly.
