This year they will create a new North Stand ultra supporter atmosphere in Sections A8 and A9 – behind the goal in Shanghai Port’s brand new Pudong Football Stadium in Jinqiao.
Shanghai Port’s Brazilian superstar Oscar
Shanghai Port is a constant CSL contender, and this year, with Brazilian superstar Oscar and China national team stand outs Wu Lei and Yang Jinling, they will surely vie for the CSL title and CFA Cup, with the North Stand standing, singing, and cheering them on.
"It’s one thing to support your old home team on TV from faraway, but it is quite a different feeling to attend live matches as an ultra in a loud stadium," says Bats Fans Club Foreign Fans Coordinator Sven S. "And that is what we ask you to do. Support this team, join us home (and away!) and you will know what it is like to ‘stand in the terraces.’"
How to Join?
Season tickets are RMB1,200, or RMB700 for students with ID. The season starts in mid-April, and you won’t want to miss a single match, especially the traditional home and away derby with bitter cross-town rivals Shanghai Shenhua.
