Yamazato Hosts Special Japanese Dinner Featuring Umenoyado Sake

If you’re a fan of Japanese food (and sake) and looking to treat yourself to an extra special culinary event this one is definitely for you. Japanese restaurant Yamazato will host a gala dinner on Friday November 16. This exclusive meal will be prepared by Yamazato in collaboration with Umenoyado, the producers of the famous sake.

Akihiro Omori, Executive Chef of Yamazato, designed a delicate nine-course meal. Each course will be prepared in a traditional Japanese style using the finest of ingredients. The dishes will be accompanied by and combined with the subtle taste of Umenoyado Sake.
