Do you hear the siren cry to add an avocado to every meal? Sure avocado improves everything from toast to tacos, but have you even considered stuffing it in your jianbing?

The guys at Charlie's Burger have gone one step further with the cheeky addition of waffle fries. You can now celebrate this stroke of genius by sampling the new avocado jianbing (RMB35).

The jianbing will be available from Monday–Friday from 8.30-10.30am and you can customize, just like a burger, by adding eggs, barbeque pork (chashu), Parma ham or waffle fries (from RMB5-25). Basically the sky — or your wallet — is the limit. Free add-ons include sesame, cilantro, pickled mustard root, spring onion, tian mian jiang, hot sauce, jalapeño and sweet & sour hot peppers.
Other delicious sounding options are the upgraded jianbing (RMB40) with waffle fries and truffle oil and bacon cheese jianbing (RMB25).
As breakfast wouldn't be complete without a caffeinated beverage, they've got americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, tea and more. Buy any jianbing and get RMB5 off all (non-coffee) breakfast drinks.
