Prostitutes in Taipei, Taiwan have been spending 300-800 NTD on "blood balls" that they use to fake virginity to easily hoodwinked, creepy clients.

Eastday reports that several clinics in the Taiwanese capital were found to be illegally producing blood balls, cotton wool soaked with blood and preserved in a freezer, and selling them to sex workers.

Prostitutes are able to charge their clients more if the insecure dolts think they are taking the woman they are paying to have sex with's virginity. The balls are inserted vaginally so that they will leak blood after sex, giving the impression of a broken hymen.

As if the idea of stuffing a lump of someone else's blood up your vagina wasn't gross enough, health officials have warned that the blood balls pose a high risk of HIV and hepatitis.
