After last year’s sterling tribute concert to Amy Winehouse, The Cotton Club’s resident singer Naomi Fitch returns to the Pearl to salute the Purple One. Mar 19: Mr Clit and the Pink Cigarettes

For six years, these Indiana goofballs have combined their love of fancy parties, gummy bears and scary movies into one silly package. They bring their one of a kind show to Shanghai for the first time, backed by some of the city’s finest: Round Eye, Dirty Fingers, Scorpion Prisoner 69 and the new supergroup Old Auntie featuring F (Pairs), Awu (Banana Monkey) and Axiang (Zi Lu).

Zhang Biqian
The Chongqing University graduated has crafted an intoxicating sound that mixes pop jazz with folk and hints of rock and country. She brings her cheekily titled I Don’t Call Myself a Folkie tour to Yuyintang.

Khatia Buniatishvili Piano Recital
The Georgian pianists performs a solo programme of Mussorgsky, Liszt, Stravinsky and more.

The South Korean quintet comes to QSW Culture Center for a fan meeting. The girl group has topped the Gaon Singles Chart several times, most recently in November with ‘Hot Pink.’

Gabriella Quevedo + Sandra Bae + Kanaho
Naga Guitars presents this triple bill of female guitarists coming from Sweden, Korea and Japan.

Della
The popular singer returns to the Mainland after moving to Taiwan at 18 years old to pursue a singing career. Known for her exceptional vocals, Della appeared on the Chinese version of King of Mask Singer last year.

Listen Up
This national hip hop competition comes to MAO Livehouse for the Shanghai edition. Contestants will attempt to wow the judges with their rhymes with top emcees moving on to the national finals at Futian Sports Park in Shenzhen on March 27.

Jade Lee and Jonas Seetoh
Straight out of Guangdong, this Heyday show brings together two singing transplants that have established themselves as a couple of Shanghai’s biggest jazz stars.

Shanghai’s best seggae-fusion band has established themselves as one of the city’s finest live acts. Li Xiaochuan Quartet opens and a jam session caps off the night.
