However, when it comes to people outside the family and particularly in the public, communication becomes a huge challenge for their child. They struggle to answer questions properly from adults, including their schoolteachers. They are also unwilling to play games with other kids. This may leave you feeling confused and helpless. In this workshop led by ELG’s Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist, parents will learn about the development process of children’s social skills, understand the feelings of children in different environments, and find out various social difficulties and their corresponding behaviors children may encounter.
