The beautiful South Bund Chinese restaurant Puben by Jereme Leung is inviting friends and family to celebrate the start of Spring. With its traditional Southern Chinese Lao Yu Sheng Prosperity Salad (or Lo Hei in Cantonese), they are also asking guests to try their luck at greater fortune this Year of the Pig. 

Available from Jan 20 to Feb 28, the theatrical and fun experience encorporates ceremonial chanting and a mix of key ingredients, including fresh seafood, Chinese vegetables and special sauces. The philosophy goes, the higher the Lao Yu Sheng salad is tossed, the greater the prosperity to follow.
