Panther and Crossfit ITF have partnered up to design a new and unique experience for all sport and health enthusiasts!
By combining yoga and crossfit, they’ve built an outstanding class that brings you all the benefits you are looking for. You will be surprised to see how incredibly yoga and crossfit complement one another.
This one hour class was designed by Chloe, co-founder and certified yoga teacher at Panther and King, Crossfit ITF coach.
- Warm-up and 25-minute Tabata. King will increase your heart rate using HIIT, calisthenics and kettlebells exercises
- 25-minute yoga and total relax. Burpees and push-ups made you sweat and grimace? Chloe will bring you back to the now by focusing on breath, switching from one yoga pose to another. You will end the class totally relaxed yet full of energy.
- Wanna share your feelings and recharge your batteries? A yummy brunch is waiting for your upstairs!
