The event will invite guests to dig into the duos’ 11-course tasting menu for RMB975 per person. Appetizers of Smoked Ham Hock Caviar and Chili Chicken will prepare guests for the extravagant menu items to follow. On Saturday there will be what both chefs are calling a Spice Brunch. For RMB320 per person, this exciting finale will put on display the flavors of Indonesia. Dishes will include beef and kingfish Carpaccio, lobster tempe curry, and coconut rice.
