Every Tuesday, Sir Elly’s Terrace will host an exclusive and creative cocktail pairing experience that showcases the expertise of the restaurant’s in-house mixologists and the mastery of the Peninsula’s culinary team.  For eight consecutive weeks, eight Peninsula chefs will takeover the stunning Sir Elly’s Terrace, presenting a unique cocktail and perfectly paired hors d'oeuvres – creating a truly unique Bund-side cocktail hour experience this summer.
The Chef’s Cocktail Party series presents delightful beverages designed to reflect each of chef’s culinary styles and philosophies. For just RMB120* per beverage, guests will enjoy unique cocktails and snacks made under the supervision of a dedicated Peninsula chef – all while enjoying live music and the glittering lights of the Shanghai skyline.
