W Shanghai – The Bund  welcomes legendary DJ/Producer Tiga at its sensual WOOBAR on November 24, 2017 for a night of Techno.

Montreal born Techno legend Tiga got introduced to DJ while living with his traveler parents in Goa back in the 70s. Influenced by the notorious 1980s Indian club scene, when Tiga started DJing, it was purely techno, hardcore and early rave music. Tiga started Turbo Recordings in 1998 and released over twenty albums, two samplers and twelve twelve-inch vinyl as well as distribution with Prime, Intergroove and Caroline. Tiga released his debut LP Sexor in 2006 and won the 2007 Juno Award for Dance Recording of the Year. His releases in the early 2000s put him on the map as one of “the world’s best mixers”. This winter, Tiga brings his dance music to set off a great party at Shanghai’s new hit destination – W Shanghai – The Bund.
