Saturdays will never be the same again. Starting April 8th, the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund will be revolutionising your Saturday drinking options with a brand new late afternoon Liquid Brunch at the iconic Long Bar. 

Every Saturday from 3.00pm, kick off your weekend in style with flow classic cocktails, a range of barrel-aged cocktails, a dedicated Bloody Mary station, top class wines and craft beers and a range of specially crafted shots. The Liquid Brunch also features delectable delicacies and shareable snacks from the Waldorf Astoria kitchen, and the whole experience is sound-tracked by a live jazz band in the evening.

Whether you’re looking for a fun night with friends or intimate pre-dinner drinks, the Liquid Brunch is sure to satiate and excite with creative offerings such as a Blonde (Bloody) Mary made with yellow tomatoes, Smoking Maria mixed with smoking paprika, a five week oak barrel-aged Negroni and a different Martini each week. A selection of dishes from the Raw Bar will ensure you don’t have to tackle it all on an empty stomach.

The Liquid Brunch is priced at RMB588 per person including one welcome drink, and all of the cocktail, wine, beer and food options. A Liquid Brunch Lite option is also available, priced at RMB388 per person including one welcome drink, one cocktail/beverage of your choice, and a range of delicacies and snacks.
