The Aboro Foundation and A Knock Out 6 host a charity boxing and kickboxing event. 

A Knock Out is a charity event where fighters chosen from the Knock Out 12 week training program will fight against boxers from other gyms in the Shanghai area. This fun and exciting community event will be hosted in the Aboro Academy and the Anken Life Hub. 

The Aboro Foundation strives to inspire physical and mental wellbeing through fitness and nutritional education. This non-profit community provides tools to create a healthy and active future for everyone.  

Doors open at 12pm so start the day with brunch from their vendors; poke bowls, vegetarion or BBQ. The first fight starts at 2pm.
