Happy 8th Anniversary to MAYA! On Sunday, December 4th MAYA will be celebrating it’s 8-year anniversary! From 11AM to 4PM there will be a deluge of food and drink offerings. For 298RMB per person we will set up a number of food stations including Alison, the hottest Australian butcher in China, running her carvery meat station with Mexican Marinated Wagyu Brisket, Roasted Pork Shoulder and Whole Plump Chickens. It will come with sides of Chilaquiles Verde, Choriqueso, Mexican Rice & Roasted Potatoes. We will have a breakfast eggs stand which will be offering Jalapeno Omelet and Scrambled Eggs with Chorizo & Home-Made Bacon. Our Quesadilla section will offer Manchego Sausage Quesadillas & Jalapeño Pepper Quesadillas. The taco stand will feature Tacos Al Pastor & Scrambled Egg & Home-Made Bacon & Agave Tacos. Our home-made salsa buffet station will be there as well as a compulsory Churros Ice Cream section with Cinnamon, Spicy Hibiscus & Dulce de Leche Ice Creams. Veronica will be running our mobile bar with cocktail specials such as a Latin 75, Micheladas, a Basil & Pineapple Margarita, Classic Margarita, Red Sangria and the occasional round of Tequila Lime Jello Shots to keep the guests more than happy! Sumerian Coffee’s Dave will be manning the coffee station with some specialist coffee and Mexican hot chocolate options on offer!
