Smile Asia week coming in May

The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou has announced its participation in Smile Asia Week (May 5-11, 2014), when they will sell limited-edition cakes to raise funds for Operation Smile, an international children’s medical charity which helps give children with cleft lips or palates worldwide a reason to smile again.

Ten thousand ladies and gentlemen from The Ritz-Carlton in 20 hotels will bake 15,000 specially crafted cakes which will result in 500 life-changing surgeries to underprivileged children across Asia.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of China have created a limited-edition Valrhona chocolate banana cake, marrying two popular flavors into one luxurious combination that appeals to people of all ages and all occasions.
