More Than 1,500 Total Cases in Current Beijing Outbreak

Since April 22, Beijing has recorded 1,556 locally transmitted cases of the virus, as reported at the 343rd Press Conference on COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control by the Beijing Information Office. 

Between 3pm, May 22 and 3pm, May 23, Beijing recorded 63 new locally transmitted cases with 23 in Fengtai district, 16 in Fangshan, 14 in Haidian, four in Dongcheng, three in Tongzhou, two in Xicheng and one in Huairou.
