Mifan or Mafan: Barista

By That's Beijing, June 8, 2018

Cult-favorite third-wave coffee makers Barista have opened in Nali Patio, and despite the Sanlitun location, it still retains the same small and intimate vibes of the original Wudaoying spot. With its sleek mirrored ceilings and modern gray concrete walls, Barista has only made one major change here: There is no longer a countertop to serve coffee on. Instead, all the preparation takes place on tiny tabletops along one wall, while customers sit alongside the other. The piccolo (RMB30) is just as creamy and delicious as we remember.
