While US President Donald Trump was making his way to Vietnam on Friday following a three-day trip to Beijing, his wife Melania and son-in-law Jared Kushner were taking in Beijing's tourist traps.

Melania kicked off her Friday morning with a visit to the Beijing Zoo, where she was photographed handing out stuffed American eagle toys to kids and checking out pandas.

In the afternoon, she stopped by for a photo-op at the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, which was closed off to guests for her visit.
