Chinese rice dumplings, or zongzi, are timeless treats for sharing with family and friends during the summer solstice and Dragon Boat Festival. This season, the talented chefs at Huang Ting will tease the taste buds with a variety of dumpling delicacies showcasing traditional Cantonese craftsmanship and modern culinary finesse. Guests can choose their favorite Rice dumpling from a tempting selection, including Egg Yolk and Pork, Honey Red Date, Crab Roe and Red Bean Paste and Da Hong Pao. An elegant Oriental design of the Dragon Boat Festival gift bag reflects elements of the traditional Chinese aristocratic courtyard at Huang Ting. Styled in a bamboo green tone, the classic lines showcase the timeless sophistication of Chinese design aesthetics. The wooden handle is inspired by the ancient wood-carved door at the entrance to the restaurant and recreates the dragon totem symbolising good luck and good health. Huang Ting’s Homemade Rice Dumplings are served from 22 April to 10 June.
