Let love bloom this Valentine's Day! This February 14th, Chef Daniel has created a special three course set menu and a signature cocktail for the year's most romantic holiday. Share four delightful starters including La Lune imported French Oysters with a ponzu and caipirinha shot and Raw Yellowfin Tuna with tiradito dressed with red onion, yellow pepper sauce, cilantro and pink pepper. For your main course, choose between Charcoal Grilled Beef Tenderloin with sweet mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots and black truffle sauce or the Roasted Icelandic Cod with squid ink black rice, squid, red pepper sauce and Peruvian cilantro lime salsa. Finish off your delcious dinner date with a special surprise heart shaped dessert.
