Chef Rey will be bringing a taste of the Colombian Pacific to Beijing with a five-course tasting menu, expect bright flavors and fresh seafood. The menu is ¥388 a person, with vegetarian and vegan options available, and a choice to add free flow (house red, white and sparkling) for an additional ¥188.
