Jing – the hotel’s French fine-dining establishment – is a popular choice for birthday parties, and now the Birthday Celebrations offer makes it an even more appealing destination. For a minimum reservation of four diners, the birthday guest not only dines courtesy of the hotel, but is also presented with a complimentary birthday cake. French Chef de Cuisine Julien Cadiou has curated an exclusive, three-course birthday dinner menu of a starter of caramelised Hokkaido scallops with wild mushroom velouté and toasted hazelnuts; followed by a main of roasted golden chicken, gnocchi with black truffle and Iberico 5J ham, creamy Parmesan cheese sauce and chicken jus. To top off the meal, a chocolate and vanilla Saint Honoré birthday cake and passion fruit jelly are brought to the table so everyone can toast the birthday guest in style.
