I have eaten here almost every day for the last two weeks because I work in this mall. Their service is excellent. They always have someone there who can speak English. Now, about the food: I have tried most of the grilled sandwiches and I have not been disappointed by any. I particularly like the "Sloppy Zhao" and the Philly cheesesteak. The meatball is only on he menu as a panini, but they will make it for you on sourdough if you ask. I also like that one. I have yet to try the tuna melt. The Tuscan meatball tomato soup is excellent. The burgers are delicious, but very messy (I got the nacho burger). The chicken was disappointing. I went there on a Saturday evening for dinner and I wanted to order rotisserie chicken, but I was told that they didn't have any chicken (an annoying thing about Chinese-owned restaurants, they deliberately sell out hours before they close), so I went back the next day on my lunch break and ordered half a chicken. It took 20 minutes and the chi
