Well, think again, because the Chinese service robot market size increased 44 percent last year to almost USD1.8 billion, not to mention the applications in the industrial sector. Many new and exciting innovations in the field will be present at the Tianjin International Robot Exhibition (CIRE 2019) this month, with more than 300 exhibitors.

Mar 15: London Philharmonic Orchestra

Mar 19: Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis

The famous Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra is touring the world headed by the explosive trumpet of music director Wynton Marsalis. They are going to perform hand-picked classics from the golden era of jazz: Duke Ellington, Lester Young, John Coltrane, you name it. Don’t lose this opportunity to see this rare one-day exhibition of one of the best jazz ensembles out there.

The Chapterhouse Theatre Company brings this adaptation of the book from Louisa May Alcott that inspired generations to Tianjin, with faithful costumes and young performers that will bring the characters to life from the pages of this timeless classic.

Mar 23: 'Stop Angry' Recital

In this one-man vocal recital, entertainer Chen Xiaochun reflects on himself, his job and his role as a father, taking inspiration from a humorous quote by his son Jasper. Featuring dialogue and song, this stage performance debuts in Tianjin and makes for a night of entertainment for the whole family.
