Heavy snow hit several parts of China this week after the National Meteorological Bureau issued weather alerts and upgraded its snowstorm warning to the second-highest level.
Hundreds of trains were canceled and up to 30 percent of flights delayed at some airports after heavy blizzards hit Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang provinces and Shanghai on Wednesday and Friday.
