Feijoada is prepared with black beans and variety of salted pork such as ears, tail, feet, bacon, smoked pork ribs, sausage and jerked beef slowly stewed. It is served with rice, ‘farofa’(cassava meal), collard greens, orange slices, and chilli pepper sauce.
