We are quickly becoming known for our delicious steaks, duck confit and Iberico ribs. This is due to the fact that all meats served at Les 5 Chef’s are cooked sous vide style.
That means steaks are vacuum-sealed and slow-cooked for over five hours, creating a tender texture that keeps in all of the original flavor. All fat is trimmed from sirloin and beef tenderloin steaks. The beef tenderloins are center-cut, offering the most tender selection for our guests.
To raise awareness to our steaks, we'll be providing great deals on steaks on Fridays only.
Our guests can choose from two appetizers, five steak choices and two sides. Please see the poster above for full details.
