Mark your calendars for the 15th - Miercoles Calientes: A taste of the Philippines. Sexy Chef Sandro (our very own Filipino sunshine in the kitchen) will be featuring dishes from the special region of Luzon in the Philippines.

Plus, TOMATITO will be bringing some Spanish heat into a couple of Filipino dishes. Creating a delicious Fili-Spanish mash-up. Think of Paella but with a Sinigang mix and topped off with crispy lechon kawali and more…
