Expect a relaxed yet eye-opening day with a healthy dose of hands-on work and a truly fresh, sustainable, meal. Our WildChina expert, Haena Kim, will take participants through key concepts around the ‘Organic Revolution’ in China, the basics of composting and a Farm to Table cooking workshop. After the workshops we finish up by sharing and connecting over our own consumption habits and stories about sustainability, and of course, best sustainable recipes! (Round Trip Transportation from Shanghai to Chongming dependent on final group numbers)
