Shanghai's longest running festival takes place Sunday, November 8, at Bubba's Food Co.  Bubba's Annual Shanghai Chili Cook-off, now in its 15th year, pits amateur chef, chili aficionados, and pros against one another to see who can make the best pot of chili on any given Sunday.  Entry gains access to free samples of chili all day, music/entertainment, and a chance to vote on your favorite brew!
