Served as part of an exquisite four or seven-course meal at Pelham’s, this impressive array of five different varities of caviar has been prepared to help guests unlock the hidden culinary depths of the upper echelons of roe when eaten both on its own or when paired with an amazing assortment of wonderful dishes. Featuring Baerii, Premium Oscietra, Amur Oscietra, Royal Oscietra as well as the world-renowned Beluga, the new limited-time caviar menu is available for RMB1,088 for four-course and features scallop carpaccio, a succulently seared foie gras, and a flavor-filled Australian Wagyu beef, as well as mango brûlée to finish, while the sumptuous seven-course offering also includes an exquisite veal tartare, and turbot for RMB1,888.
