Featuring Baerii, Premium Oscietra, Amur Oscietra, Royal Oscietra as well as the world-renowned Beluga, the new limited-time caviar menu is available for RMB1,088 for four-course and features scallop carpaccio, a succulently seared foie gras, and a flavor-filled Australian Wagyu beef, as well as mango brûlée to finish, while the sumptuous seven-course offering also includes an exquisite veal tartare, and turbot for RMB1,888.
