Il Ristorante-Nick Romito launches it's highly-anticipated new Sunday Brunch menu where guests can savor the wonderful flavors of Northern Italy whilst enjoying the marvelous top-of-the-city views from the 47th floor of the Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai. Conceived by chef Nick Romito the new menu showcases a fine selection of gourmet classic and contemporary Italian dishes that capture the culture, elegance and vitality of Italian cuisine.

The brunch will feature over 25 varieties of delectable cured meats and fresh cheeses imported from Italy. They are complemented by a delicious selection of freshly baked breads and colorful Mediterranean salads prepared each morning.

In addition, expect to see authentic highlights on the menu such as Rombo Arrosto e Zuppa di Pesce (Roasted Turbot and Fish Soup), , Tagliata di Manzo (Beef Fillet), Lasagne and Frittata di Zucchini (Zucchini Omelette) plus an expansive Italian dessert selection including Tiramisu and Panna Cotta.
