SoundFlow is a 90-minute yoga practice paired to electronica by a live DJ in order to explore the jungle within. The setting is a new studio called Know on Jianguo Lu, a beautiful lane house venue. The practice is open to all levels, taught by Jayna Staykov of Z&B. Small bites & drink will be provided and there is no need to bring a mat as a Sugarmat will be provided.
