Chef Renaut maintains a great reputation as the “the glamour artisan of France”, developed his career in Paris and London. A great lover of nature, his culinary creations reflect the inspiration from all things natural.  In 1998, chef Renaut established his first restaurant called Flocons Sel that specialises in selected local ingredients to create dishes with artistic flair. Through his ingenuity, creativity and persistence, chef Renaut received his 3 stars in 2012.
